Getting Started

How do I create my first assignment?

Navigate to the Assignments page from your educator dashboard and click "Create Assignment". You can choose to create from scratch or use our AI Course Builder to generate content automatically.

What's the difference between educator and learner accounts?

Educator accounts can create assignments, manage learners, and track progress. Learner accounts can complete assignments, earn achievements, and access course materials.

How do I invite learners to my classroom?

Go to the Learner Roster page and click "Create Invite". Share the generated invite code with your learners, and they can join using that code.

Billing & Subscriptions

What subscription plans are available?

Visit our Pricing page to see all available plans. We offer flexible options for individual educators, schools, and enterprise customers.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings > Subscription page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support@pushpad.com with your refund request.

How do payouts work for marketplace sales?

Educators selling content on the marketplace receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Set up your payout account in Settings > Billing, and earnings are automatically transferred based on your schedule.

What browsers are supported?

PushPad works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

Can I use PushPad on mobile devices?

Yes! PushPad is fully responsive and works on tablets and smartphones. You can also install our PWA (Progressive Web App) for an app-like experience.

My content isn't saving. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page. For persistent issues, contact support@pushpad.com with details about what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Account Management

How do I change my email or password?

Go to Settings > Account to update your email address. To change your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page.

Can I have multiple roles (educator and learner)?

Currently, each account is assigned one primary role. If you need access to both roles, you'll need to create separate accounts.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support@pushpad.com with your account deletion request. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Marketplace & Content

How do I sell my content on the marketplace?

Go to Settings > Listings to create and manage your marketplace listings. You'll need to set up Stripe Connect for payouts before you can start selling.

What are the guidelines for media copyright?

When adding media to your content, ensure you have the right to use it. See our Media Copyright Help guide for detailed information about using images, videos, and other media legally.

Can I preview content before purchasing?

Yes, all marketplace listings include a preview section so you can review content before making a purchase.
